Responsibilities

• Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing company and multi-vendor systems.
• Installs and optimizes HW/SW/Networking products and configurations at customer sites.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
• Advises customers on preventative maintenance.
• Provides desk-side support and VIP support.
