Haffner’s is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance across hardware, software, and network systems. This in-office role supports end-users to enable efficient business operations and maintain IT infrastructure.

The position requires at least 4 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization, plus excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with networking, mobile device management, and technical documentation.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide responsive, high-quality support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Configure and deploy workstations, accounts, and tools for new hires.
Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT team.
Manage IT inventory and procurement processes.
Document support activities and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Prioritize and resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs.
Report and elevate security incidents as necessary.
