Job summary

Haffner’s is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical help desk support across our in-office organization in Lawrence, MA. You’ll assist with hardware, software, and network issues, configure new hires’ workstations and accounts, and help keep our IT infrastructure secure and efficient.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of hands-on IT support, strong Windows and AD/DNS/DHCP experience, and familiarity with networking and documentation.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019, AD, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with networking, MDM, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and deploy workstations, accounts, and tools for new hires.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT team.
• Manage IT inventory and procurement processes.
• Document support activities and ensure security policy compliance.
• Prioritize and resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Report and escalate security incidents as necessary.
