Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience supporting Windows on Desktop/Laptop
• 2-5 years in a desktop support role
• Experience with business tech: domain, workgroup, and desktop environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical terms into non-technical language
• Bachelor's Degree or related experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all Henssler employees
• Troubleshoot and replace hardware on desktops and laptops
• Install software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems in a domain-based environment
• Provide second-level support for PC apps and hardware, including Office, Outlook, CRM, and printers
