Haffner's in Massachusetts is hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user and system support across the organization. The role covers hardware, software, and network issues, with duties including workstation setup, account provisioning, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows/AD/DNS skills, and excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 Pro, Windows Server 2019, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with networking, mobile device management, and technical documentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high-quality support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and deploy workstations, accounts, and tools for new hires.
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure in collaboration with the IT team.
• Manage IT inventory and procurement processes.
• Document support activities and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Prioritize and resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs.
• Report and escalations as necessary.
