AMVAC CHEMICAL CORP in Commerce, CA seeks an IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 2/3 end-user IT support and maintain workplace tech reliability. On-site five days a week with occasional off-hours coverage, you will support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals, while collaborating with global IT teams.

The role requires strong Windows/macOS, MS 365, and networking skills, plus experience with Intune, ITSM tools, and ERP systems.

Qualificações

5+ years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles.
Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced experience supporting end-user hardware and peripherals.
Strong knowledge of WindowsOS and macOS, plus Microsoft 365.
Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Intune and identity/access management.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, Zendesk, Entra).
Excel, Power BI, and business reporting tools.
Experience supporting ERP or business systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).
Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users and to troubleshoot under pressure.

Responsabilidades

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS operating systems.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and performance issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and network devices; coordinate with infrastructure teams.
Coordinate configuration of network devices with infrastructure teams; act as local IT contact during outages.
Work with ERP/data teams to resolve reporting or data access issues.
Provide timely support to employees and QAD users; escalate complex incidents as needed.
Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLAs; perform root cause analysis.
Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management; onboard/offboard onsite staff.
