CAI is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support at our Ft. Myers site. You will handle end-user hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolutions and high user satisfaction.

The role is a full-time contract, onsite in Ft. Myers, requiring strong Windows/macOS knowledge, M365 expertise, and solid AD/IT fundamentals. You will collaborate with IT teams and contribute to asset management and security compliance.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a desktop support, technical support, or help desk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services
• Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and updates
• Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-up support requests in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding by setting up and decommissioning user accounts and equipment
• Support remote users via phone, email, and remote access tools
• Ensure compliance with security policies, including antivirus, patch management, and access controls
• Participate in asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment lifecycle management
