Job summary

MACOM is seeking an IT Support Administrator in California to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, mobile devices, applications, and security-related issues. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, escalate when needed, and manage endpoint imaging, provisioning, and ITSM tickets across U.S.

and international offices. The role requires experience with Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365, plus familiarity with Intune, SCCM/MECM, KACE, AD, Azure AD, and endpoint

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms and asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 desktop, laptop, mobile device, and app support.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate complex problems to senior teams and assist resolutions.
• Image, provision, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices.
• Manage ITSM tickets and document work; ensure SLAs are met.
• Deliver remote support to US and international offices.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and hardware refresh initiatives.
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with vendors for infrastructure and telecom solutions.
