Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join Silvus Technologies’ Salt Lake City facility. This on-site role provides end-user technical support, troubleshoots hardware and software, and maintains IT infrastructure.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding and ensure Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints are properly configured. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows/iOS proficiency, and familiarity with AD/Entra/Intune, with a US citizenship prerequisite

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and iOS environments.
• Experience with networking cabling.

Mansioni

• Provide IT end-user support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure and processes.
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and hardware deployment with HR/Facilities.
• Configure endpoints across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
