Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks an IT Support Specialist to troubleshoot hardware and software, support end users, and maintain IT infrastructure. This fully onsite role reports to the Senior IT Support Lead at Culver City warehouse.

The candidate will manage Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints, handle onboarding/offboarding, and maintain asset inventory while collaborating with HR and Facilities. Travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining software/hardware.
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, macOS environments and enterprise tools.
• Background check clearance required; U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues on desktops/laptops.
• Respond to Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure documentation and asset inventory.
• Onboard/offboard users with account setup and hardware deployment in coordination with HR and Facilities.
