Motorola Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Software Systems Support Specialist to join our technical operations team in Huntsville. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot our suite of software systems and applications, acting as the bridge between end-users and development teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in technical support and strong root-cause analysis, with experience across Windows/Linux/macOS and SQL, plus familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Net+/Security+ are a plus.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues across software, OS, and integrations.
• Manage inbound support requests via Jira/ServiceNow/Zendesk; prioritize by impact and SLAs.
• Assist with deployments, patches, config updates, and testing.
• Coordinate with engineers/QA/vendors for Tier 2/3 bug resolution.
• Support end-users with access, configuration, permissions, and guidance.
• Create and maintain internal KBs, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs.
