Job summary

CTI Resource Management is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join a government facilities IT team. The role focuses on on-site support, device deployment, lifecycle management, and end-user assistance for conference room dial-in and local troubleshooting.

The position requires HS with substantial IT experience and a security clearance preference. Duties include documenting actions, performing MAC requests, asset control, and VIP support in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School and 6 years of direct IT work experience.
• Experience with enterprise IT service delivery and on-site support at government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end-users via phone, email, onsite or ITSM tickets.
• Document all on-site actions in the ITSM ticketing system.
• Provide on-site deskside support for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved remotely.
• Perform incident resolution, MAC (Move Add Change) requests, and asset management.
