Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven IT support or service desk experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow.
• Strong administrative experience with Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune.
• Exceptional, empathetic communication with VIP/executive support experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove, priority technical support to top management and a global user base.
• Own and resolve local hardware issues while managing relationships with IT vendors.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Azure AD, O365 environments, and company mobile devices.
