Job summary

Koroseal Interior Products is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our Louisville IT team. This in-person role provides first-line support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals across our manufacturing site.

You will assist with AD and Microsoft 365, document solutions, and train users to maximize adoption of corporate tech tools. Occasional travel and close collaboration with engineers are required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong hardware and OS knowledge; Windows required, macOS preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 user admin and license management.
• Familiarity with ITIL foundations and standard business systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Office).
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and communicate effectively with users.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries in person, by phone, or digitally, guiding users to solutions and maintaining KPI targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, software, and peripheral issues; escalate when needed.
• Image, configure, deploy and set up new user devices for onsite and remote users.
• Support AD accounts and access management, plus Microsoft 365 user administration.
• Collaborate with network engineers and vendors to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and documentation to help users become proficient with technology.
