Job summary

Chemours is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist for the Louisville, KY site. You will support end-user and plant-floor computing, install and test software on company devices, and maintain documentation.

A strong background in Windows 10/11 and MS 365 is required, with hands-on experience in manufacturing tech and security tools. You will work on-site full-time, collaborating across teams to ensure reliable operations and security.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct IT support experience in a corporate or technical environment.
• Strong technical skills in supporting desktop/PC hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft 365/Office 365 Suite.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user and plant-floor computing support across site.
• Install, configure, and test software on company-issued devices (PCs, tablets, mobile devices).
• Develop and maintain support documentation, tools, and processes; adhere to policies.
• Provide second-tier support for escalations and potential off-hours on-site manufacturing support.
