Job summary

Teceze USA is seeking a motivated IT support specialist to deliver first-line assistance to end users onsite in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving desktop issues, handling incidents, and guiding users through technical steps with a customer-first approach.

You will troubleshoot Windows environments, coordinate with other teams as needed, and contribute to maintaining stable IT operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in Help Desk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or L1 Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows desktops and laptops.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user/account administration.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and general network troubleshooting.
• Experience working with an IT ticketing or ITSM platform.
• Good understanding of hardware, peripherals, printers, and desktop configurations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a support team.
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY.
