Job summary

Chemours International Operations Sàrl in Louisville, KY is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to support a manufacturing site by providing reliable end‑user and plant‑floor computing support, resolving technology issues, and maintaining equipment and processes that enable safe, effective business operations.

Responsibilities include PC lifecycle management, software configuration and testing, end‑user training, documentation, and adherence to global policies across all support areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct IT support experience.
• Strong technical skills in desktop/PC hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
• Proficiency with Windows 10/11.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and collaboration.
• Physical tasks, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Role is 100% on site/in person.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire PC lifecycle: inventory, installation, deployment, break‑fix, asset return, end‑of‑life management.
• Install, configure, and test software and upgrades on company devices and network connections.
• Provide training to end‑user support resources and employees.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, tools, and processes.
• Adhere to global policies and workflows across all support areas.
• Serve as a customer advocate to understand and resolve user needs.
• Support site‑specific manufacturing technologies and related tools.
• Provide second‑tier on‑site manufacturing PC support as needed.
