Qualifications

• Associate Degree or IT certifications preferred.
• Two years of experience supporting computer software and hardware required.
• Advanced knowledge of IT Service Management processes required.
• A valid CA driver's license and insurance is required.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, TCP/IP, Internet, Microsoft Office, and Networking.
