Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to provide end-user IT support for Windows and Mac platforms.
• Experience with Active Directory and basic networking.
• Willingness to obtain A+, ITIL Foundation, and Azure Fundamentals certifications within stated timeframes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user computing support for Hayward employees.
• Install and configure hardware and software as needed.
• Maintain system documentation for end-user and network.
• Support network, servers, storage as needed.
• Assist on projects as assigned.
