Responsibilities

• Deliver helpdesk support to staff and internal users.
• Manage IT support tickets through the ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Provide first and second level support via phone, email, and in person.
• Set up and onboard new users, including account creation and access.
• Collaborate with Network Administrator to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Assist with hardware/software repairs and deployment of devices at sites.
