Job summary

Benchwood Foods seeks an IT Support Specialist II to join its IT team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Wisconsin. You will provide hands-on Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and security cameras, covering office and production sites, with travel to other company locations as needed.

The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management, plus basic network connectivity.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an IT Support, Help Desk, or Systems Support role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktops and laptops.
Experience with Active Directory user administration and Microsoft 365 support.
Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
Monitor camera system to ensure they are online.
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
Assist with AD user accounts, security groups, and access requests.
Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.
Install and support third-party business applications.
Travel to other company locations as needed for support and projects.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
