Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a related field preferred; knowledge of basic computer hardware, Microsoft Office, ERP systems and Help Desk Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user technical support and resolve help desk requests.
• Stage, deploy, and maintain computer systems and software.
• Assist with office relocations and equipment installations.
• Perform daily backups and assist with VMware and network troubleshooting.
