Job summary

Massaro Construction Group seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide responsive, hands-on technology support for employees in the corporate office, remote environments, and active job sites. The role resolves day-to-day hardware, software, account, connectivity, and application issues while supporting secure, reliable technology operations.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Greater Pittsburgh area and be able to travel to Massaro offices and project sites as needed, with occasional

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent certifications.
1–3 years IT support, helpdesk, or field support experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS 365, Google Workspace, MFA, and endpoint tasks.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi basics.
Excellent communication and organization for multi-site support.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for IT requests and resolve common Tier-1 issues.
Onboard/offboard employees including accounts, licensing, and device deployment.
Maintain hardware/software records and perform routine AD/M365 administration.
Support construction technology apps and project-site technology needs.
Reinforce cybersecurity practices and document recurring issues and improvements.
