Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an on-site IT Support professional to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. The role focuses on Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in line with enterprise standards.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of IT field support experience and an Associate’s degree in IT or related field. This on-site position may require travel between sites and no remote work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of IT field support, networking, or systems administration experience.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
