Job summary

Franklin Fitch in New York is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to employees across our New York HQ and a global remote workforce. You will work with the IT Operations Manager to ensure employees have the equipment, software, and access they need to work securely and effectively.

This on-site role offers exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to help build scalable IT processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar tools.
• Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, or Active Directory.
• Confidence troubleshooting hardware, software, AV equipment, and basic networking issues.
• Experience managing IT equipment, inventory, and shipments to remote employees.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues.
• Manage device deployment, maintenance, inventory, and equipment shipments.
• Oversee software licences, user access, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Support conference room AV, meetings, and company events.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and escape where necessary.
• Document solutions and improve IT processes as the team scales.
