Qualifications

• Experience providing Microsoft 365 support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC hardware, voice, and software.
• Support IT infrastructure and hardware in bakery operations.
• Install and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
• Collaborate with MSPs and IT management on projects.
• Support production- and safety-related hardware/software with maintenance teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity issues locally and remotely.
• Refresh aging equipment and coordinate data migration to new devices.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories and licensing.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure and vendors to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
