Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to provide on-site and some remote support for multiple locations. You will manage end-user computing, infrastructure, and security, and assist with IP telephony and RF devices at the Traverse City facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate help desk, systems administration, or IT support experience.
• Experience providing Microsoft 365 support to end users.
• Ability to manage and support diverse hardware and peripherals (RFGuns, Label Printers, iPads).
• Knowledge of MDM tools.
• Working knowledge of network switches.
• Experience with Kronos timekeeping is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC hardware, voice and intercom systems, Microsoft 365, desktop OS, and applications.
• Support IT infrastructure and hardware used in bakery operations.
• Install and maintain desktop/laptop computers, tablets, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with MSPs and IT management on projects, upgrades, and installations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and safety teams on hardware/software needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/connectivity issues locally and remotely.
• Maintain inventories and coordinate equipment delivery/installation.
