Job summary

Sara Lee Frozen Bakery is seeking an IT Site Support Specialist to deliver primary on-site technology support at the Traverse City location with occasional remote support for other sites. You will manage end-user computing, infrastructure, security, IP telephony, and related hardware and software needs to keep bakery operations running smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to troubleshoot diverse hardware and devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate help desk or IT support experience.
• Experience providing Microsoft 365 support to end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for PC hardware, software, and voice systems.
• Support IT infrastructure and hardware used in bakery operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, tablets, and peripherals.
