Job summary

Reliant Transportation Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance to employees in Hastings, MN. This on-site role covers desktop support, software, and basic network issues, with a focus on customer service and documented processes.

The role includes assisting with user accounts, device deployment, and conference room technology, while promoting security best practices and efficient ticket resolution. Salary ranges reflect Minnesota market norms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (bachelor's preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktops/laptops, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and basic networking.
• Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, endpoint management, or asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee IT support via ticketing system, email, or phone.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, peripheral, mobile device, printer, and basic network issues.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and MFA support.
• Deploy, maintain, and update software and OS; assist with imaging and lifecycle management.
• Support conference room tech, VoIP phones, printers, and other devices.
