Job summary

Itechra Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Roseville, MN. The role provides onsite and remote technical support to businesses across the Twin Cities metro and southern Minnesota, including manufacturing environments.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, deploy equipment, and deliver exceptional support to clients. Join a collaborative Support Desk team, help resolve tickets efficiently, and participate in FIFO workflows while coordinating with senior engineers for complex issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support, desktop support, or related technical experience.
• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and end-user issues.
• Configure, install, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment, including new-user setups.
• Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues, escalating complex challenges to senior engineers when needed.
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Exchange Online, and common business apps.
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation using ConnectWise Manage and IT Glue.
