Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound support calls and log issues as tickets.
• Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets submitted via forms or email.
• Categorize, prioritize, and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
• Set up new user laptops and ship equipment as needed.
• Provide remote assistance and first-time login setup for users.
