You will collaborate with the third-party IT provider on tickets and projects, handling password resets and device setup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to users in person, email, phone and web-based platforms.
• Works with third-party IT provider on tickets and IT projects.
• Identifies issues from symptoms and diagnostics.
• Performs password resets and basic device setup (printers, phones).
• Assists with distributing and setting up equipment and badges.
