Brightwing is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our onsite Help Desk team in Troy, Michigan. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting across devices and networks, configuring systems, managing accounts, and documenting resolutions in a ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• 0–2 years IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows & macOS.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Help Desk Support in a team of two supporting around 120 users. This is fully onsite position. Looking for someone willing to learn and progress over time.

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Troy, Michigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Document support activities and resolutions in a ticketing system.
• Assist with IT projects and system upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with IT security practices and antivirus solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Qualifications:
