Qualified candidates will have a Microsoft Certified Professional certification and experience with Linux/Ubuntu, Power Automate, and collaboration tools like Jira and Slack.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in computer maintenance and support or equivalent.
• Professional certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional is required.

Aufgaben

• Configure laptops and implement security provisions.
• Install, configure, and maintain anti-virus software on end-user machines.
• Manage IT assets and inventory, tracking and ordering laptops, monitors, peripherals.
• Document support issues and resolutions to improve team efficiency.
• Define and follow standard IT processes and incident management standards.
• Enforce local and global security policies to protect information assets.
