Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to resolve minor computer issues under supervision.
• Document notes and resolutions in the ITIL ticketing system.
• Update staff on project and incident statuses.
• Support new and existing systems while staying current with tech changes.
• Follow enterprise security policies under guidance.
