Job summary

Billings Clinic is seeking an IT Intern - End User Support within the PMO/OPERATIONS team in Billings, MT. You will assist in hardware and software support and participate in enterprise-level technical projects while providing Service Desk support.

Under supervision and with established policies, you will help develop, implement and maintain technology solutions across the Billings Clinic Health System. Shift options include day, evenings, nights and weekends; starting wage is $17.00.

Qualifications

• Within 1 year of graduation (2 or 4 year degree).
• Current Montana driver's license and the ability to be insured to operate Billings Clinic vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for staff and customers, supporting in crises.
• Collaborate with disciplines to coordinate technology enhancements.
• Communicate research results to teams and leadership.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend implementation options.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Participate in professional/technical organizations.
