Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn to resolve minor computer issues under supervision.
• Document notes and resolutions in ITIL ticketing system.
• Update staff on project and incident status.
• Support new and existing systems while staying current with technology changes.
• Assist with applying enterprise security policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Participate in various projects to support department needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
