Responsibilities

• Learn to resolve minor computer issues under supervision.
• Document notes and resolutions in ITIL ticketing system.
• Update support staff regularly on project and incident status.
• Support new and existing systems while staying current with technology changes.
• Implement enterprise security policies (hardware and software).
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve department goals.
• Participate in various projects supporting the department/facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
