You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals, configure hardware, and resolve LAN connectivity issues at client sites. This position requires independent work, strong communication, and adherence to client security policies.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops.
Ability to diagnose hardware and peripheral issues.
Fundamental LAN connectivity knowledge.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Available for on-site, dispatch-based assignments with no fixed hours.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
