Qualifications

Proficient with Windows desktop environments and peripherals
Able to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and printers
Basic LAN/network troubleshooting and device setup

Able to work independently on-site at client locations

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, OS, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures during onsite tasks.
