Qualifications

Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops in an enterprise setting.
Hardware troubleshooting and replacement experience.
Basic networking knowledge and LAN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
