Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Customer Service Engineer in the Cherry Hill, NJ area to perform troubleshooting and repair of PC hardware, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers. You will support VIP clients, handle IMAC tasks, and provide desk-side assistance while adhering to service guidelines.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, technical school certification, and certifications such as A+.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems; ITIL familiarity.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities for end-user devices.
• Provide support to client identified VIPs and respond to change management requests.
• Perform IMAC activities and desk-side support; communicate status to service desk.
• Meet customer service satisfaction levels and follow documented policies.
• Proactively communicate arrival times, repair estimates and status.
• Adhere to established service operations procedures.
