Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services is seeking a Branch Engineer to provide onsite IT support for clients in Martinsville, Indiana. You will arrive on site promptly, coordinate with dispatchers, resolve issues hands-on, and escalate to remote teams when needed.

You’ll assist with network infrastructure rollouts, server migrations, Office 365 deployments, and office moves, while participating in a daily on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting desktop and server systems.
• Experience with Office 365 or Exchange 2019/Online.
• Strong documentation and on-site support skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as credible onsite resource for remote teams to resolve issues.
• Primary contact for CSE clients with technical issues.
• Repair, warranty, and deploy workstations for clients.
• Diagnose and resolve network related issues for clients.
• Identify opportunities for hardware/software upgrades.
• Maintain and write documentation for clients.
• Participate in On-Call rotation; after-hours tasks for outages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve remote tickets when on-site work is unavailable.
