Job Details:

• Title: Technical Support Analyst
• Location: Warrenton, VA (100% On-Site; up to 20% local travel required)
• Duration: 6 Months (Extension possible)

Key Requirements & Role Overview:

• Core Responsibilities: Provide desktop, technical, and infrastructure support for the Department of Veterans Services' Puller Veterans Care Center and regional sites. Support includes PC desktops, laptops, mobile devices, local networks, phone systems, and IT inventory.
• Experience Required: 3+ years in IT desktop support, Windows OS, Microsoft O365, network setup/troubleshooting, and IT asset administration.
• Key Software: Experience with McAfee Anti-Virus, Adobe Acrobat, and standard commercial business software must be highlighted on your resume.
• Travel & Physical Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for occasional local travel (reimbursed by agency). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Interview Process: Initial interviews will be conducted web-based, with a potential follow-up in-person interview.
