Isos Technology is seeking an IT Ops Specialist based in the Phoenix, AZ area to support our internal team's day-to-day technology needs. The role grows beyond traditional help desk duties toward broader IT operations ownership, serving as a launchpad for senior IT roles.

The position requires regular on-site presence in Phoenix with remote support responsibilities and a focus on SOC 2 compliance and ongoing IT projects. Strong communication and hands-on hardware skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint/device management, laptop imaging and provisioning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work on-site in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the help desk queue: triaging, prioritizing, and resolving tickets quickly.
• Manage laptop refresh cycles from procurement to retirement, including imaging and provisioning.
• Provide hands-on office and hardware support at the Phoenix location and remote support as needed.
• Own day-to-day SOC 2 compliance activities and remediate drifts promptly.
• Contribute to IT operations projects and infrastructure initiatives as time permits.
