Qualifications
- Trade school or an equivalent in Information Systems.
- Industry certifications such as A+/Network+/MCP preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant technical experience in a remote or semi‑remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain desktop environment including hardware and software.
- Provide end-user support and issue resolution onsite and remotely.
- Administer PCs, printers, licenses, and related equipment.
- Assist with AD and basic network-related tasks in a distributed portfolio.
