Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an on-site IT Support Analyst I in Franktown, CO to maintain the desktop environment across Monarch’s nationwide portfolio. The role emphasizes problem resolution, hardware/software installation, and end-user support while managing licenses and AD-related tasks.

The position requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, A+/Network+/MCP certs are preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to work on-site from the Franktown office.

Qualifications

• Trade school or Associate's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• Industry certifications A+, Network+, MCP preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical support in managed environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain desktop environment for Monarch’s nationwide portfolio.
• Provide end user support and hardware/software installation.
• Administer PCs, printers, licenses, and related equipment.
