Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to employees via in-person, phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, printers, scanners, and devices.
• Manage user accounts, access, and documentation; support ERP and MES systems.
• Assist with Windows/M365 administration, AD, Exchange Online, backups, and security.
• Participate in hardware/software projects and after-hours support as needed.
