Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration including Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Solid understanding of IT fundamentals: networking, switches, Wi-Fi, endpoints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer-service orientation.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.

Responsibilities

• IT Setup & Maintenance: Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud environments; deploy hardware and software; manage configurations.
• User Onboarding & Offboarding: Create user accounts, permissions, and device access; maintain inventories.
• Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, printers, phones, networks, and office tech; log requests in helpdesk.
• Cybersecurity Support: Manage multifactor authentication and access controls; assist with security initiatives and data protection.
• Asset & Information Management: Maintain inventories and SaaS records; track lifecycle of devices.
• Internal Communications & Documentation: Create IT procedures and how-to guides; notify about outages and maintenance.
• Technology Projects: Develop projects with cybersecurity and tech strategy teams; evaluate new tech and coordinate vendor demos.
• Vendor Management: Manage IT vendors and onboarding; monitor service levels and compliance.
