Job summary

SBH Career is seeking an IT Support Associate to provide first-level technical support to staff and programs across locations in New York City. The role includes troubleshooting, user account management with Active Directory and Office 365, and participating in IT projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, strong Windows/AD/Office 365 knowledge, and excellent communication skills. A clean NYS driver’s license and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting computer systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PCs, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• A+ certification is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to work independently and complete assignments with limited supervision.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Install, maintain, and support Windows systems, software, and hardware.
• Manage users and accounts through Active Directory and Office 365.
• Participate in system upgrades, replacements, and other IT projects.
• Provide IT support across various locations throughout the five boroughs.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while prioritizing work with limited supervision.
• Support program initiatives as needed, including outside standard working hours.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
